Our philosophy

The attractive presentation of an exhibition or museum design is depending on the consistent realisation of a well-devised concept. This should consider early-on the type of exhibits, their arrangement in detail and methodology of realisation as well as the philosophy chosen for their presentation.

On the basis of sound historical knowledge the presentation of related objects with a view towards imparting a better understanding of history often renders better results than a focus on the mere graphic or architectural excellence of realisation.

In the process of shaping an exhibition or setting up a museum the historical objects and their aura take centre-stage in our work - not an exhibition architecture going to great expenses. Presentation techniques chosen and customised by our team should never be in competition to and distract from the significance and authenticity of exhibits.

It is our prime concern to create institutions with their own identity and instructive purpose that should, however, never appear to be ostentatiously educational: In our view a museum is meant to be a place for edification and enchantment stimulating reflection on one's own extraction, capable of arousing a deeper interest in history itself.
